Field of Dreams at Fenway Park

Through the generosity of many partners, Ropes & Gray assembles a softball team to participate in the annual ABCD Field of Dreams event at Fenway Park. In 2016, Andrew and Jim were invited to be a part of the team. Andrew played second base, took his turn in the batting order and even coached third base! For Andrew, a true Red Sox fan, it was a dream come true. Unfortunately, Andrew was not well enough to play again in 2017. In 2018, to honor Andrew and the Foundation’s mission of inclusion, Ropes & Gray was asked if they would continue to include Special Olympics athletes with I/DD on their team.  They did and continue to do so as you can see in the pictures below.
